At Meena Bazaar, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy on most items. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your Meena Bazaar account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags, accessories, and the invoice attached before sealing it in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
